We now have finally moved into the 21st Centry and now have a nice new Kentucky Fried Chicken, and that crappy shed near the Moon and Starfish that sells the traditional cockney delights of jellied Ells and other sea food delights. Not recomened when on the piss

The Royal Hotel always cooks up a delicious treat
"Oh well, this is different. You say that if I get this shop off your hands, you'll let me sell cakes in it rather than the chalk and cheese your selling here already? You say that you can't seem to combine the two markets? Too different you say? oh go on then". Thus was born "Graham Bennets Cake Shop" in 1707. It's still there too
MARVELOUS. One can say no more marvelous! The chips, whenther open or wrapped Marvelous, are of the highest quality marvelous!
The best place to eat is definetly Food Express no questions asked you always get loads and it always tastes great.

Best Chip shop is John's on Rosemary road. Truely the best chips I've ever eaten.

All pubs are bad, but "Tom Peppers" is the worst. I'd rather not talk about it.

"The Lord Henry Winkler" is a themed pub, themed on a Happy Days theme. It was opened by Cleatus Forrester, who plays Al in the series. He died son after. Friday night is Hula night. Saturdays is Fire night and Sunday afternoon it's shut.

Cafes and Coffee Shops
beesons brassiere is really nice in the high street
Tigers coffe shop on Jackson road is guaranteed to be full of grade A retards of all shapes and sizes from 9am-5pm.
Cafes and Coffee shops: Go to Walton.
Madhatters is the best cafe ever!!
None the whole place is crap and should be bulldozed into the sea apart from that brasserie place on the high street
This Cafe in Clacton down Orwell Rd.once owned by a weird pair next to a launderette.I ordered in 2001, a chilli and rice then noticed the chef running towards Tescos to buy an ultra cheap tin of chilli and nasty boring rice.Trying to disguise the aformentioned items under his armpits as he walked through. The meal was as tasteless and cold as his culinary imagination.
mad hatters cafe for the big fry up
I've been to a few but they are all run by dodgy fat women who probably spit in the pies.
