• The place most people meet to do real adventure in Crowborough is the Scout HQ this is where the real Crowborough action takes place   
• The good old bench in front of sanchos kebab shop   
• On the benches on the green on the summer soaking up the sunshine and playing a spot of footy!   
• Outside News Plus, (used to be Dillons back in the day). Bring a bomber jacket and a baseball cap and you'll fit right in. Its next to Unwins to so if your too young to get served fags and alcohol you can hang around outside and ask passers by.   
• The best place I've found was Crowborough Caves.   
• The bench outside aylings round by whitehill. just ignore the dodgy social club next door. also the bench near to herne primary on the corner. oh and dont go to the fair unless you want to get beaten up or bombarded with little kids and candyfloss   
• The benches by the phonebox on the high street, Fernbank Shopping Centre, outside the old Beacon School all-weather pitch (a good place to sit with your mates amongst the grass, trees, fag ends, broken bottles, hypodermics and used contraceptives...)   

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
