• Right...... Crispins chip shop..... Ok... good service and nice food.... DONT PUT YOUR ARM THROUGH THE DOOR WINDOW!!!!!! Tree Inn..... Oh My God!!!! I think they do VERY nice food, its all freshly prepared and you can even get cheese on chips!!!!! Thats if you ask Nick or Emma nicely

• The Tree Inn-good atmosphere, good music (live folk on fridays) jukebox, big screen TV with sky sports, kiddies room, seperate restaurant, B+B, friendly welcome ensures a good time!!!
• R.O.A.B or THE BUFFS!!!!!!!..... NEVER GO IN HERE..... YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER.... and the average age is about 70!!! Bideford Inn..... Well, a bit of a walk from the others, has Cafferys on tap, but thats about the only good thing.... Kings Arms... Good, or so Ive been told, Ive never had a drink in here, not yet. Tree Inn.... My LOCAL.. If you want a bit of a mad, fun night, DO come down on any Saturday, with sing-songs with the'lads', to 'downing a pint of guiness' races, to 'tuning on the jukebox' with nick, singing the 'poddington peas' song and staying till god knows when..... Then go to Bude

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
