Skateboard Shops
There are no skate shops in Bodmin but there is a deck company called Simple Skateboards which is run by 3 local skaters who offer good quality decks from £25 to £35 you can visit their website http://www.simple-skateboards.co.uk or e-mail them info@simple-skateboards.co.uk. Most of us in Bodmin get our decks off them but we usually buy our other stuff from Truro at SJ'z or Plymouth at Flatspot or Route One. If we can't get to Truro or Plymouth we'll order off the internet mainly at Rollersnakes http://www.rollersnakes.co.uk which have a huge variety of stuff and loads of great deals. Altough there are no skateshops there is a clothes shop in the town centre called Splinter which sell skate shoes like Globes and Etnies but they can be quite expensive.
we allbuy our stuff from plymouth 'cos its a good journey there and its a good place to skate.or we order from rollersnakes (online).or you can go on www.simple-skateboards.co.uk.we're the only deck sellers in bodmin.me and 2 mates made this company.loads of the skaters in bodmin have our decks
Wadebridge is probably the closest place to buy skate stuff.
None it cos Mars Hotel moved to Wadebridge and became Terrapin Station cos no one skated 3 years ago but now they all do the bastards
mars hotel in the arcade up the street, it may have changed its name recently. go to newquay or something!!
