- Durham has changed a lot in the last couple of years - there are a lot of new pubs, the clubs have been updated, loads of different kinds of restaurants, a theatre, small cinema not too mention a beautiful riverside and city with lots of events going on throughout the summer and winter!
- Klute - a total cattle market. Even complete mingers can be guaranteed to pull.
- The Angel pub is class...Market Square as well
- The old park near st Leonards school
- The bowling alley has to be fun if you want some little "kappa slappa"/ shaven headed 25 year old asking you to borrow money for their bus fare home. You can tell it's a blatent lie considering their fucking homeless. The dialogue usually goes something like this "Oi mista, canna borrow sum money like, i've lost/i need te get yem and a havent got any" Sorry mate (as polite as you can to someone you wish just didn't exist" "Arrrh howez man, ave u got a tab instead then" "Once again, sorry mate i don't smoke" "Well fuck off ya fucking student, look at ya hair man, ya fucking hipppppeeee"
- Sherburn village has a problem with scum coming over to belmont and kicking the shit out of everyone for no reason
- river banks on fridays are infested with "goths" and "hippies", and its about time!
- Never ever go to the bus station it smells of piss and you will be harrased by the scum who ask you for 20p so they can share a can of cider. GO AND GET A JOB YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP.

- Wharton Park - hmmm. Oh Dear. Lots of tracksuits to be found though. A bit like the "bowling" alley really.
- baby skateboarders and goffs tend to stick to the monument in the market place, charvers like the bus station
- Rennys Lane Tunnel in the early/mid nineties. Until The Police launched an investigation into all the anti-police graffiti that was appearing!
- outside with all the skater kidz.
- Theres a brand new brillaint Hut thing at the sports centre in sherburn village.People thing out of site out of trouble(NOT)
- All those charva's love the Bus station and bowling alley! They Luv It!!
- The bus station is a wondrous place if you love to have little slappas aks you for tabs every five minutes "have you got a light pleeeaze, a divvent uuusully smoke broken tabs yuh nah" worst time of day to go - between 3.30pm and 1am
- on the wall of the chineese (Mr. Chengs) on sherburn road has always been a favourite spot.

- i buzz belmont shops! theres never a dull moment. especially when we start a fight. hahaha fucking belter!
- In Belmont, there is a problem with dickheads, aged 12 to 24 hanging around the local shops at night. Some come from West Rainton and Sherburn, and sometimes even Ludworth to join the fun. The Bowling Alley also has a problem with dick heads, where "hippies" are known to have been attacked by Kappa Twats.
- The bowling alley, on a Saturday afternoon. I have seen many pre-pubesents practising their silly chat up lines there, for example "Eeeerrrmmmm....me & me mate was wondering if you two wanna play doubles in pool like?"
- The T.T. Course is nails.
- Thr riverbanks, down near the cricket ground.
- The monument HAS to be the main hookup spot in durham

- Most of the local kids seem to enjoy being offensive on the Market Square and in Millburngate.
