  • there are still some anderson shelters they are the best place to hide.
  • Ledgers Road (red light) or Albert Street. Both are central and in the Chalvey area and provide B&B accomodation for around £10 night or £50 a week. Ledgers Road is further out but has the ladys of the night and is easy to get what you need. Albert Street is closer tot he town and just as easy to score from, in fact some of the places you dont even need to leave the building (the lodges - you figure it out). Watch out for the cockroaches though - no joke.
  • Hotals in Upton Park (actually Herschel Park) ... much better than the big chains

  • Despite any needs to stay in Slough, there is one very good place. The Premier Inn on the Uxbridge Road is always clean no matter how many 'ethincs' work there. However, it may also be advisable to stay away from Slough if possible. There are plenty of hotels in Windsor and London where you can easily get a train to and from.
